Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Robert Welch presentation boxes and secure them within a sturdy outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
